It does list parking lots around the spot you want to park and the rates may or may not be correct but the booking of parking definitely doesn’t work: keeps asking to confirm email even though it’s been confirmed

This app won’t allow me to even create account. Garbage. Not even 1 star, but I had to pick 1 to warn you

The booking page is blank.

I have tried in app and on the web to add a credit card for payment and it doesn’t work. So the app is useless.

Can’t reserve parking without email confirmation. Broken link sent to 3 different email accounts. Refreshed website link on 3 different days. Guess they don’t have the staff to fix their broken links. Therefore can’t reserve parking.

Downloaded - created account and tried to book a spot. Kept getting errors like add phone number, add email etc even though I entered them. So on the 5 time it said you reached max reservations of 4 per day. I went to reservations all said 404 error and none are true reservations. Well won’t let me delete them. Tried chat features says to sign in even though I am signed in so I put my info in and says does not recognize email and password yet yup I am already logged in!! So if you are into inconveniences and loss of time with no gain then use this app.

Have been trying to use this app for over a week to reserve a parking spot in another city. Will not let me validate my email address. The feedback email does not work. Not sure what is the purpose of this app, but I will be deleting it.

Asking me to verify my email but then get an error. I have tried several times and am giving up and deleting the app

I downloaded this app to check the parking availability of a beach parking lot in my area. It said 66% available, which I felt was not correct. When I got there, the lot was completely full. Checked the app and it said 66% available. A few hours later I checked again for curiosity and the app now stated 69% available and yet the lot was still full. Not sure how the availability is sourced but definitely does not fit me needs.

The whole reason I downloaded this was to find parking I could reserve. Even when a location said reservations were possible, as soon as I clicked through, they suddenly weren’t. Also, it took 20 mins and 8 attempts to validate my email. Something seriously wrong!

Just tried last night and again today, several times . It doesn’t work ... I can not book my parking spot and waisted hours trying. I am going back to SpotHero . Don’t waist your time.

This ap has saved me over $100 already. Two nights in a San Diego gas lamp hotel and one night at ritz Carlton in marina del Rey would have costs over $100 but I found parking that was $6 a day within walking distance.

Not sure what happened but this app is basically unusable now. Can’t change duration, choose dates, or anything.

App is a glitch. Additionally, sent me to a hard to find parking lot in LA. The app claimed the lot took credit cards. Once I pulled in, the signs everywhere read “cash only” , I explained the app read credit cards and they kicked me out. The app would not let me prepay, even if it had, the lot attendants would not have accepted it.

I just checked and verified by calling multiple parking lots near me and the rates listed in this app are not accurate. Maybe they were at some point in the past but whatever the case is, this app is not an accurate reflection of actual prices and therefore not helpful at all.

Failed to make a reservation (infinite loading) trying different WiFi/cellular, garages, and payment methods. All this is good for is finding a parking garage... and I do that with maps anyways.

Trying to travel to Cobo with children for event and can’t make reservations for parking.

I first used it in my home town, but it really shines in other cities and even in Europe

So I selected the parking garage and it has the option to reserve now and it says please select the garage above to continue but it won’t let me select the garage above the continue.. so what’s the point of this app?

The information about parking prices at PG Stadionplein Zuid in Amsterdam was completely off. On tha app it says caps at 25 euros, in the reality it a 4-day parking cost me 350 euros. The facility claims to accept visa but it does not function. So on top of price, I was blocked there for 1hr till I managed to get somebody to come with maestro card.

What a terrible app. Very difficult to navigate. Help phone number not in service. Pay by Phone parking app is a dream by comparison.

Was comparing parking apps and this app by far has a lot more parking locations shown on the app! Don’t know about how up to date the prices are for each garage, but one should be able to deduce that the price wouldn’t jump too far from the one stated in the app

Worst app ever. The phone number list to help you is not in service. Made one reservation and it made 9. Don’t use this app!

All an app requires is simple things. Give me the location for reservations, take my number plate and credit card info and book the parking. It ceases to perform this basic function. Always gets looped at “License plate info required” even though I have put it down for like 10 times. Would not recommend unless they fix simple issues.

This app was so useful before. I always used it. Now addresses I put in take me to the complete wrong part of the city. Even with my filters set to one hour parking I’m only getting results in the hundreds of dollars? What gives? Deleting.

Tried using this app in Savannah, didn’t work...every garage that app showed with vacancies were all FULL!!!

Wish there was a function to mark certain garages as favorite so that I can easily click on my usual spots. It’s a nuisance to start all over each time I open the app. Otherwise, it served reliably many times.

The parking lots quote much higher prices then what this app quotes. It’s a misleading app.

Used this app to look for temporary parking for the forum and they said I can park at this facility. The app said it was open 24/7, free, and even used as a pick up point for airport shuttles. I left my car there in Friday thinking I can get it the next day but I came to find out the gate was locked and my car was locked in there. The app did not provide any business hours and I thought it was normal bc it said 24/7 parking. I still don’t have my car and I have to go home tonight. They were very vague with the information and I definitely did do my research on it. Don’t get this app!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Directed me to multiple nonexistent parking decks/lots. Worthless!

If the sole purpose of your app is helping people finding parking and making parking decision, inaccurate data is a deal breaker. Moreover, the data problem spans more than one parking lots, which caused my backup plan and backup of backup plan all failed. Good job.

Needs ability to save your preferred location and parking spot. Better filtering of spots that don't meet your criteria. Now it shows as $0.00 which is totally confusing. Needs more frequent updates and a color code to show the cheapest spot that meets your criteria.

No price information. No inquiry of time of parking

This app shows you were you COULD park but gives no actual way to reserve or buy a spot. Infuriating.

One of the most useful apps for finding parking I’ve found. I use it constantly when traveling and I’ve saved hundreds, but more importantly saved tons of time when hunting for an open garage.

Just tried to book a space for today in Times Square area. One lot got me to the payment screen and crashed several times. Other lots just brought up blank pages. Deleted

Only seems to work in downtown Manhattan Lower Eastside

Gave me all the info I already had, none of what I needed. Deleted.

Used to work ok before. Now, it doesn't show the locations anymore or if booking over the web, still shows zero reservations on the app. Removing the app - useless

Trying to book a spot i have booked several other times. Looks like maybe there has been a buyout or change of business model. Spot now refers to Parking Panda which is okay i guess but reservations fail with error saying that a vehicle plate number is required. I dont see a place to enter this information. I will try this again another time but i downloaded Parking Panda to see if i can complete checkout.

Click to reserve parking and it brings up blank pages.

Idiotic app displays the hourly rate even though you've told it exactly how long you want to rent spot for. Also, as subject indicates, you'd be better off just paying at the garage (at least the few I looked at).

How did I live without it? I always find parking now.

Parkme is an excellent app! 4.17.1 has issues on my iPhone 6s: 1. Lot entrance arrows now point outward rather than inward as in earlier versions. 2. The three line lot address information now appears jumbled. 3. The map pin that identifies the location where parking is needed no longer appears. The graphics are cleaner and more contemporary. Thank You!
